For 17 years Brandy has been serving customers on the retail side of banking.  She has served customers with a variety of product solutions such as deposit relationships, retirement, consumer lending, business banking services and lending, and much more. Brandy holds a B.S in Business Management, has completed the Northern New England School of Banking, and is currently in her last year of the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson.  Brandy is an instructor for the Center for Financial Training.  She is very active in the Claremont community and is part of the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the past seven.

Linda has 28 years of front-line retail experience, beginning on the teller line and working her way up to managing the retail lending department of Claremont Savings Bank. She has held various positions in lending including branch manager, loan officer, and most recently Vice President-Retail Lending Manager. Linda has mortgage lending skills, with a focus in Secondary Market loans, N.H. Housing Finance Authority, Rural Development, FHA, and VA mortgage loans. In addition, she has a specialty in working with self-employed borrowers who need retail lending products.

Suzi’s banking career spans 45 years in various capacities and departments. She has been with Claremont Savings Bank’s lending team for 14 years. Suzi offers customers a broad wealth of knowledge, and shares with them her enthusiasm for mortgage lending and her dedication to meet all their loan needs. Suzi has a Graduate Certificate from the American Institute of Banking (now CFT) with studies in Principles of Banking, Accounting, Economics, Law and Banking, Mortgage Law, Money and Banking, and Residential and Construction Mortgage Underwriting. She has taught classes in Mortgage Residential Underwriting, Consumer Lending, Compliance and Federal Regulations, as well as Women and Credit for the UNH Extension Service. Suzi received training in Commercial and SBA Lending, Analyzing Personal and Commercial Financial Statements, and Tax Returns.

Heather Melson

Heather has 35 years in banking in a variety of departments and capacities. She has been with the Claremont Savings Bank lending team for 14 years. Heather had held her realtors license giving her the experience in residential mortgages that you can trust as a homebuyer. She has held a variety of positions in banking; regional branch manager and brand manager. Heather is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of our customers in our community. Heather is a graduate of the ABA Concord Commercial College.

Debra began her career here at Claremont Savings Bank as a teller; she soon moved to the Charlestown Branch where she was a customer service representative and quickly moved to an Assistant Branch Manager and then a Branch Manager. With her experience and outstanding customer service Debra has a track record of success helping customers meet their unique lending needs. Debra has certificates in Real Estate Lending, Law & Banking, Management, and Customer Service. She also holds her certificate in Management/Supervisory from the New England School of Banking.

Denise Roberts

Denise has been with Claremont Savings Bank for 23 years.  During her time here Denise has served her customers in various capacities; bookkeeping, customer service, branch management and most recently retail lending.  Over the years Denise has gained a vast knowledge base while completing numerous training programs.  She is an instructor for the Center of Financial Training, a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, Leadership Upper Valley, as well as receiving certificates of achievement for Real-Estate Lending, Law and Banking, Principles of Banking and Leadership.  Denise passes on her wisdom to her customers and always shares in their excitement of the home ownership dream.

Martha Zabielski

Martha began as a teller and quickly moved to operations, customer service, mortgage loan and servicing clerk, and assistant branch manager. She is currently branch manager and loan officer at the Charlestown branch. Her extensive experience and service at Claremont Savings Bank gives Martha a unique advantage to serve customer’s needs thoroughly. Martha is a graduate of the New England School of Banking and has certificates in Consumer Lending and Mortgage Lending. Martha is currently finishing her Liberal Arts degree in Business at Granite State College.
