Residents will have the opportunity to improve and give back to their community during the fourth annual Community Regeneration Day on Saturday, August 6 at Claremont Savings Bank, 145 Broad Street from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Claremont Savings Bank as well as other local businesses and organizations will be collecting a variety of much-needed items, from aluminum cans to winter coats, for reuse and redistribution.
“We are excited to have many local organizations come together again to collect a number of items that carry a large demand in the surrounding community,” said Denise Roberts, Loan Officer and Regeneration Day Coordinator. “We support this effort to recycle because it unites the community in an environmentally-friendly way and helps members of our community who need a hand in a great way.”
