Meet Jim Lynch, SVP, Commercial Banking


Claremont, New Hampshire (June 20, 2017) – Claremont Savings Bank, a mutual savings bank headquartered in Claremont, New Hampshire and serving personal and business banking customers throughout the region, announced today the hiring of James (Jim) A. Lynch as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking.  
“We are delighted that Jim has joined Claremont Savings Bank,” said Reggie Greene, President and CEO.  “He brings many years of experience serving the needs of businesses up and down the Connecticut River Valley.  Jim will lead the Bank’s efforts to expand our commercial banking business,” Greene added.
Lynch comes to Claremont Savings Bank with a great deal of commercial and business banking experience. He previously worked for People’s United Bank and its predecessors Chittenden Bank and Bellows Falls Trust Company for 28 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending.
“I am pleased to join Claremont Savings Bank,” said Lynch.  “This Bank has a strong reputation in the community, and I look forward to working with the businesses here. I hope to be an additional resource for the Bank’s customers in our continuing efforts to assist in supporting economic growth,” added Lynch.
Mr. Lynch is currently the Board Vice President for the Kurn Hattin Homes for Children, located in Westminster, VT, a cause he is extremely dedicated to. He previously served on the boards of the Bellows Falls Downtown Development Alliance, Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation and Connecticut River Valley Revolving Loan Fund.
He resides in Walpole, NH and is a lifelong resident of the Connecticut River Valley. Lynch is a graduate of Keene State College and the New England School of Banking at Williams College.
